I had booked a hotel in Hyderabad and I was told to pay 10% amount of it in advance
Since, the customer care told me that I'll get a refund if I decide to cancel my booking, I proceeded to pay the 10% amount of the total amount
And now that I want to cancel my booking, the oyo app and the company is totally denying that any booking was done through my registered mobile number
I've been calling them since 5 hours but to no avail

The number and booking id have been comfirmed by the booking team of the OYO Company so my booking has been confirmed by the hotel
