[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — unable to trace where my money went: partial payment deducted but not visible in my account | |
I did partial payment on 9th june via oyo app for OYO room in Rameshwaram for stay on 29th june but i received message that room booked successfully for 9th June. Later when i check with customer care they apologised for technical glitch and said that issue will be resolved with 48hr. I raised the complaint twice with ID 16458303 and 16453474 but unable to see the money in my account. I called again after waiting for few days and shocked by the feedback that i have never made the payment for my booking and kept me on hold twice till it automatically disconnected. I made the payment in favour of VPA id [protected]@ybl with UPI reference no[protected]. This is FYI that this nonsense is going with a wizard Gold member. I expect OYO will apologise for it and will compensate for it. Was this information helpful? | |
