Sir/madam,
We have made a booking on oyo room (Xveg4963 @ oyo town house 021 for rs.13295/- and we remitted payment for the same (Trasnaction id:pos/e-pos/[protected]/www oyorooms com/1243054).
And on 20/8/19 we had received a call from oyo customer care stating that since the booked property was under maintanence we was diverted to oyo flagship 22685 imperial @ rs.8619/- for that disputed amount your customer care executive had said will be refunded to our account in 48 hours.
But now we had received a message from oyo stating that only rs.348/- will be refunded. So, please look in to the above issue & please arrange to refund amount of rs.5306/- immediately and do the needful.

We are really pissed off with your services and we will not refer oyo to any one in future instead we will take this issue legally to next level with available call records & screen shots. So, earlier reply will be appreciated.
