We have booked room for 898/- for two nights in app and but at the time of checkin they asked us to pay 1674/-. As due to midnight they forced us to pay so we paid the amount to the account in hotel person in the name of V Nagendra. While we were in hotel we called CX support and taken property manager in Conference and confirmed as he is taken extra amount. But while I am sending proof for refund they are saying not valid. As already property manager accepted as he received extra amount, taking on call confirmation by property manager please intiate amount we paid extra. Hope you will solve this issue and help others as well for being not cheated and Hotel management is not at all justifying in this human society.
