Hello I am Mayank Sharma, On 25.05.2018 two representatives of Oyo visit my shop, they insisted me to listen their offer from Oyo & Hotel Shiraz Regency(Hoshiarpur, Punjab). They told me about the offer and i like it. The offer costs 2000 rupees, i called Hotel Shiraz Regency to confirm their loyalty and Hotel manager said, " Yes, those guys are doing our marketing". I gave 2000 Rs to them and they give me coupons and one card of oyo hospitality with the name of Hotel on it. After few days when i go to hotel they refuse to do serving and told me that oyo hospitality doesnot meet their requirements so we cancelled the offer. and when i ask them about my money refund hotel manager said you can collect it form oyo representative. I called oyo customer care and tell him everything, he said i raised your complaint, our representative will shortly contact you, i asked him to give me complaint number for future uses but he told me that it is a internal process i cant give you complaint number, he assured me that somebody will surely call me.but nobody called yet.
