[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — unethical behaviour of staff, poor service standards

This is for oyo 10851 metro view lucknow. Very poor service standards, there is on one who actually cares for customers.. Basic works are not done after repeated reminders... Reception is even worse. Pathetic food and breakfast service.. Staff eats along with you on table. There was no service for room cleaning either... Highly disappointed with this property... Was this information helpful?
