[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — unmarried couples not allowed | |||
Oyo rooms found appropriately dealing with the issue of providing rooms for unmarried couples. But in the hotel policy, i could find unmarried couples not allowed. Of course, it's not valid. But let the hotel deal with it. How could oyo rooms in these hotels taking the issue? I tried to reserve one room. Confirmed room is oyo. But the accommodation was denied as two guests to share the room were unmarried people. Oyo`s decision with this issue is quite appreciable. But would like to know how you are dealing with this outdated hotel policy with your policy. I can share the reserving ticket. If needed. Booking id: htl4fxpekc Booked on: june 29, 2019, 12:13 a. M. Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subjected to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed and reconfirmed with hotel and may be chargeable by the hotel directly. Alcohol is not allowed, guests can checkin using local id (Pan cards are not allowed), unmarried couples are not allowed, only indian nationals are allowed. Most hotels do not allow unmarried/unrelated couples to check-in. This is at the full discretion of the hotel management. I was asked to share the booking details by Oyo customer care team. which is already shared with my first update itself. the booking ID, date location etc. Please do let me know the further proceedings from your side.
