I was denied check in by the hotel authorities stating no tie up with oyo since a month. When i called oyo service immediately they didn't process the refund stating no ground staff available and i was required to call back the next day. When called back i was told the room was cancelled as per my request and the refund processed will be 7 to 14 working days. The agent spoke very inappropriatly and denied to escalate the call even after repeated request. Oyo failed to provide timely solution to repair the damages i had to suffer because of their negligence. Late night i had to hunt for alternate room with my family. Very disappointed with the services my ask is should a customer suffer and wait for a period for 14 days for their mistake?
