OYO Rooms — unsophisticated behaviour and pathetic services

My parents took a stay at green valley ruma oyo rooms 144471 gurugram. But once we checked in my mother found that the lock was not working because my father was in hurry so he went away and when he came back, discussed same with the staff. But they denied to response. Next day, i went there and asked manager that parents want to stay for one more day then he told us that first u have to pay for broken lock otherwise you have to leave. Meanwhile, during the stay about 10'o clock my father asked for a water bottle they provided water in a bottle which was unclean and smelt which was similar to alcohol.
So, i request you to please take a strict action against these type of hotels which is actually disparaging the brand of oyo.
