Due to an emergency, we had to book 2 Oyo rooms around 11 pm at Avisi Residency, BBSR OYO 46648 and paid beforehand for hustle free check-in. Though the location was very difficult to find still, we reached at the hotel. But the gatekeeper stopped us and despite of our showing him the booking details, he kept us waiting and asked us to call the number given in the app. He caused us a great inconvenience and forced us to stand on the road for around 15-20 minutes. Then he himself called somebody and we were finally allowed inside the gate. When we reached the reception, after a long wait when they finally decided to help us with the check-in and took us to show our rooms. When he opened the rooms, they were full of mosquitos and didn't provide us with any liquids or mosquito repellants. it was still okay but when he showed us the other room, it was quite disappointing as the bathroom door had a big hole in it and when we asked them to change the room they replied, "app itni raat ko aoge toh jo milega ussise hi kaam chalana padega, aur acha nahi mil sakta", - if you arrive so late in the night, you have to adjust with what you get, we can't provide you with anything better than this. This was their tone and words. The person even denied to give us a towel.
