Oyo Rooms — updation of my booking without any intimation at the last moment
My booking id - mbey5761
Name - anuja p
I had made advance payment for my booking 7 days ago.. And on the last moment oyo mails me with booking updation with some other property without taking my consent..
When i try to reach customer care, they didn't have any solution to this..
I want full amount refund for this booking or want same amenities property as replacement for this..
