On 13 june, I booked an oyo and also made the online payment. When I tried to check in on the booking date ( i.e. today, 15 June), the hotel staff said that because of some inconvenience going on in the online payment, they couldn't accept it. Inspite of repeated calls, I couldn't talk to that senior members of Oyo customer care centre. Till now I haven't cancelled the booking yet as I fear I would be refunded.
