Hello
I'm mohd faizaan i booked a room from your app in kanpur on 17th june at hotel maharaja palace but the facilities was poor.
I'm very disappointed as the room was different from the picture which was shown on oyo app.
Apart from these things power supply was very bad their backup system was poor atleast after 15 minutes they were giving backup.

Very bad experience
I booked hotel for 6th June, bt after reaching the hotel. The hotel manager refused to check in. According to him he has closed hotel listing from oyo.
I complained oyo customer care, they provided me another hotel at that moment.
After that I was not able to check in as well as the rooms were full.
Again I complained oyo customer care, they assured me that I will receive a call regarding refund. But till now I didn't received any call.
Now I called many times but call center does not support.
