OYO Rooms — very bad facilities and rooms were different which was shown on oyo app

I'm mohd faizaan i booked a room from your app in kanpur on 17th june at hotel maharaja palace but the facilities was poor.
I'm very disappointed as the room was different from the picture which was shown on oyo app.
Apart from these things power supply was very bad their backup system was poor atleast after 15 minutes they were giving backup.
[Jun 22, 2019] OYO Rooms customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
