[Resolved]  Oyo Rooms — very bad service in your hotel

Address:Ring Road, Devrajnagar, Bhavnagar, Gujarat, 364002

We stay in seven hill hotel in Shimla
Book by oyo but very bad experience in hotel.
No available towels in room after 5to 6 time call for towels but not provide.
Very poor food quality and service.
Not give breakfast after 1 hour of order .
Not working light in room.
Not working geaser in bathroom.
Overall staff is very bad behaviour with us.

My booking id -HSPK2387
in place of bed they provided mattress no glasses no jug one towel. the bed sheet and pillow they provided were dirty. this is what you customer get?
it was my worst experience ever. Please make a refund because of your service.
