I subhradeep ghosh oyo s regular customer faced a very bad expreience last week.. I mailed a couple of time but didnt get any proper response so am going to make a last mail..
I book an oyo on 18 th june in namans inn att kalighat kolkata..
I didnt noticed tht that hotel didnt allow local id holders.. So i reached there and faced a bad exprnce.. But as i payed my ammount before i didnt get a single penny back.. First of all i use namans inn with local id for many times but didnt know such rules before.. And i[censored] guys changed some policy u must say that to ur customers.. I am very dissapointed i payed 1610 rupees but didnt get a single money as refund.. That day i booked another hotel by cancelling it i faced lot more harrassment that i ever expected from oyo... I want atlst 1000 of my money back.. Please look after it
