I booked a room in 18581 Hotel blue inn residence through oyo and prepaid full amount. But that hotel denied check-in and asked for more money. I called oyo customer care but they couldn't resolve my issue. I was offered transfer to other hotel or Refund. As it was night 11 pm, we were not comfortable to travel again to another hotel or get refund and find another hotel room. Though I had no other option, I had to pay extra money to hotel and got checkin to room. That room was very unhygienic. Bathroom and toilet was not properly cleaned.
At the time of booking, I talked to customer care executive and she said that I will not have to pay any more amount at hotel. Even she said that this call is being recorded, you can use this call recording as proof. I also have call recording of call to oyo customer care executive which said we cant do anything. After so much promises by OYO, I still had to pay more money. Hence Now I want refund. Was this information helpful? |
