Oyo Rooms — Want the refund of my booking & comp. which I have done through Oyorooms and the misbehavior or fraud done to me by property owner

actually last night on 12 November i had booked a hotel named as "OYO Flagship 9599 Vansh Palace" around 8-9'o clock, so when i reached at location firstly property owner ask me to done the payment and submit id's so i have done the payment of 740INR. then he shows me room and when i saw the room it was in very worst condition not even that condition in which people can survive but in images its shown very neat and clean not even 1% like that and he said now you have to spend your night in it, if you want another so need to pay 2200INR. So when i denied i will not spend a single minute here and return my money, so he threatens me he gathered 3-4 boys and threatening me to beat and didn't return my money and say you can go do whatever you want i will not return your money now,
and also now i had checked he was marked it that we have spent the night there and marked checkout, kindly do needful i want my whole refund along with compensation for this such type of harassment which done towards me, then in night i have to find another property which costs to me 1400INR.
i want the refund along with this compensation as well
