[Resolved]  Oyo Rooms — worst experience oyo

Oyo is worst in customer services. Today i have come to know oyo doest not care for customers, for customers who walk in for early check in are like beggers and the receptionist can ask the customer to go out and do whatever they can.

I booked oyo 14500 which happened to be in cheap area, then i booked oyo 18335 i went there. The receptionist is not willing to talk. Did not even asked to sit and bluntly said rooms are booked. Did not even asked to wait or so.
Then the worst one with high cost. Oyo 22074 siri elite. I reached there around 7.50 am. He bluntly said you hve booked classic but we dont have that not i will give small room. I said show me the room, the room was too small to adjust just one cot, dirty bed linens. I told him put me here till 12 and then change to classic since i paid for classic. He said not possible that too arrogantly... Shouting at me. We have to change bed sheet everytime we dont change rooms.
Now, he asked to cancel the booking. I told him this is not the way to behave with customer and he started shouting, you complaint to oyo tell oyo to do checkout at 8 am. Do whatever you want to.

Because oyo will continue with the hotel, oyo doesnt care about customers anymore. Customer reviews does. Not matter.in hyderabad all oyo are full bcos all are cheap hotels or guest houses where unmarried couples are allowed.

Thnks for the worst experience. You cannot compete with airbnb.
