I booked a room in kushalnagar (Coorg) on 20/07/2019 and i paid the amount in advance. Hotel name is white wings. Booking id is tjbu2165. When i reached the hotel they told me, they don't have any contract with oyo and don't allowed me to check in. This happened at 12pm. Then i called to oyo support and informed this. They put on hold me half an hour and arranged another room. I told them i need all amenities i booked previous. He told everything is in new hotel.
New hotel was nearly 8 km from the old hotel. I reached the new and checked the room. That time i realized new room is not air conditioned. I booked an ac room.
Then i again called in oyo support. I talked to a senior officer and i explained all this to him. He told he will arrange another room immediately and put me on hold.
I waited in that line 1 hr and no reply from there side. This was the worst experience i had with oyo.
At last i don't had another option and i stayed in new hotel.
Please do the needful action against this and let me know.
