Room booked in OYO 22463 hotel Ananya Palace for Check in on 8th June 2019. for 3 Classic (2X) Rooms in the name of Rakesh Gulati. My Mobile No. [protected]. this is one of the worst experience in my life due to rooms are in very bad shape no AC works due to electricity/Fluctuation whole night. no parking at hotel. unable to trace hotel through GPS. rooms staff are not good. water supply in wash rooms are pathetic. Charged 3 times per rooms. i had called 5 times to OYO rooms before Check in to cancel my booking but your executive not respond properly. my request is logged under Case ID 16395508 and 16395983 respectively. please respond.
