I have been using OYO since long time and previously it was working well and had set some standards. But now it’s services are deteriorating. Firstly, they have no legitimate authority over their partner hotels. Secondly, the pictures the show in their app is totally different from reality, the hotel owners themselves criticise OYO . Thirdly, there will be no customer service or helpline to resolve the problem, they will just listen to your problem but won’t take any actions . Fourthly, they want us to pay before to book and when you pay, visit hotel you will realise that your hotel room and services isn’t upto your expectations and upon complaining also they won’t refund your amount . Fifth point of concern, they allow local id entry in hotel but when you find issues and try complaining then there hotel staff will talk rude and also threaten by telling to misuse your id.
There are so many issues that needs to be covered but due to word limit only specific points I have mentioned .
OYO 8936 Hotel Royal Park, Jaipur has threatened me and my partner to misuse our ID’s, misbehaved with my female partner, cancelled my OYO app booking and took extra Tarrif and also they are hotel goons or mafias in their words, and warned me if made a complaint or write a review or even post their hotel original condition pics; then they will not leave us and threatened to use the cams to blackmail us .
This is the harsh reality . If anything happens to me or my partner, everyone knows who is responsible for it. Was this information helpful? |
