[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — worst & pathetic customer service by oyo. | |||
I booked oyo room for 2 nights. When i entered in hotel, hotelier denied for check in, as per hotelier oyo room didn't pay the the pending amount. I called to customer care they transferred my call to manager they put my call on hold for 50 min minutes. Again i called then again transferred & hold. Same thing happened 4-5 times. Me & my wife was on road. After that i fed up & booked another property. My booking was prepaid & mu money stucked till now. Oyo 15731 corpo residencia, booking no.
