[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — worst room and was not in a condition to stay | |
My booking id : koai8190, i had booked my room for 2 nights stay at hotel sangreela amritsar, but the condition of the room was so worst that i was not able to stay there and i have to leave the room 1 day before. There were many issues which were faced by me while my stay at the hotel, room was smelling very nasty, hotel staff didnt do anything regarding that after saying many time, Quality of water is so dirty, that the sand is coming in the tap in the washroom. I have also attached the video of that. It was a total waste of money and worst customer service provided by the oyo rooms as i have told the same to them on that particular day but nothing was done.
