[Resolved]  Oyo Rooms — worst rooms provided for the group of 56 guests

We have been charged too much for mumbai hotel which we had the following issues on 19jan at mumbai

1. Rooms was not tidy (Clean) when guest checked in
2. There was welcome kit (Mineral water, shampoo, soap) tap water was kept in jug, mr. Santhosh said all the hotels provided by oyo will not have all these facility only selective hotels have those, why didnt you give us the option or why didnt you inform this earlier??

3. No restaurant, late preparation of dinner and it was served at the room in plates countable and limited

4. Breakfast and dinner was decided by mr. Santhosh and hotel manager what guest should have ie just 1 item poori on the first day and upma on second day

5. Though i have mentioned to santhosh about the breakfast should be upma/pongal, bread jam, coffee or tea, and got confirmation for the same but hotel management said they can provide only upma which is not worthable or tasteless, then my tour manager ordered for extra dishes on our cost

6. We guess oyo rep and the hotel management work for commission and they force us to take those without any choice

7. We was committed with 80k for mumbai hotel and paid 107000/- to oyo without single inr pending but the service was minus, it was not a hotel it seem to be the lodge

8. Shirdi hotel on oyo showed 1000 inr for mapi plan but we was charged 2200 per person per room

9. Overall on paying 48000+107000=155000/- to oyo we had paid extra 25000/- extra

10. Rooming list was not shared to hotel before they checkin

11. Only 46plates was given for breakfast and dinner and for extra 10 plates we was charged

12. Fixed 1 dish was assigned where oyo and hotel decided what guest should eat (I hope oyo or hotel didnt give us these rooms complimentary for deciding what they need to have), we ordered extra dish and they had charged 7000/- extra for those including water bottle

13. We was not given proper intimation on food menu and the services oriented, mr. Santhosh was very clear in supporting the hotel for his commission he is not bothered about the guest, we had already paid extra which could be your commissoin, if he had asked me i would have paid him for better service

Overall experience with oyo is zero, oyo is not fit to handle a group of guests, oyo rep is not professional and they not fit to select and get the works done at hotel, the mumbai hotel is worth just 20k for 2 nights and we been charged 107000/- which is oyo and team had eaten our money in total working with oyo is worthless and there is no use, only you guys are fit to take 2 or 3 guests maximum, please dont take 4and above you will not be able to handle and you have no proper staffs to coordinate and satisfy the guests.

Who is responsible for 25000/- paid extra for room (Only 23rooms given including tour manager) and for breakfast.??? Same mail will be posted in the feedback and public forums for others safety who should not be affected in future.

Oyo team called 4 to 5 times and said they will consider to refund the amount but after a week they said they cant refund any amount instead of that they will provide good service next time, do they think we are fools sitting here???

I trust this forum, you will get us justification for the issue happened.

Dear Team Warm Greetings !!! PLEASE FIND THE BELOW SCREENSHOT FOR CLARIFICATION WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR 25000/- PAID EXTRA FOR ROOM (ONLY 23ROOMS GIVEN INCLUDING TOUR MANAGER) AND FOR BREAKFAST.????? SAME MAIL WILL BE POSTED IN THE FEEDBACK AND PUBLIC FORUMS FOR OTHERS SAFETY WHO SHOULD NOT BE AFFECTED IN FUTURE .
