[Resolved]  Oyo Rooms — worst service and substandard and compromised food

I had my marriage reception on 15th december 2018 where i had paid approximately 84000 for arrangements but on the day of function, the situation was worst and only 2 staff were available in function to serve 125 guests and moreover the decided food was not served as per agreed menu. Moreover the dinner was not started till 10 though the function timing was 7-10pm.

I tried to contact mr punkesh (Event manager), ankita but they couldn't do anything and answered irresponsibly when it was a critical situation when your guests were waiting for food.

Many of my guests finally got involved to make food and serve food to guests as guests were walking out without food. This is a shameful for a hospitality industry when guests have to make food and serve themselves. I had discussed the issue with mr punkesh who assured me for a call me back after putting everything on mail but no response till now.

I want 100% refund just because of mental harrassment and critics i have been going through from 15th onwards.

I didn't receive any call, msg or any mail from Oyo to resolve my complaint. I have been following it up with managers on mails but they are also not reverting. The mails IDs are: [email protected] [email protected]
