[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — worst service by hotel and worst response by oyo

I booked hotel in jhansi (U. P, india) and faced very bad hotel and hotel staff. Complained many time to oyo but no satisfactory response. I even spent lot of time to connect oyo, they put call on hold and enjoy among staffs.
Hotel staffs are threatening to customer not to complaint.
Hotel staff says, you will not get any refund if you cancel the booking
Finally i checked out the hotel by doing all the formalities properly but still after a day also, it shows checked in to same worst hotel.

Updated by sanyogtripathi Hotel Name is Hotel Duke Inn and they have tie-up with OYO. Please dont book any hotel by Oyo and they have worst customer care. Connectivity from customer care is worst. All untrained staffs from Oyo Customer care. % times i connected them and it took around 2.5 hrs. Everyone attending the call are asking the full story and putting call on hold or they disconnect.
