[Resolved]  Oyo Rooms — worst service by oyo

We had booked two rooms for 6 girls through oyo android app for 22-23 july 2017 in madhuban hotel nainital. Booking id was tnbu5812. Our checkin time slot was between 6 am -12pm. After booking, we had disscused and confirmed twice with the oyo support team as well as with the hotel management for the early checkin, that is, before 6 am. They said that we will need to pay extra charge below 500. We even confirmed the in the evening of 21st july. We called the hotel receptionist and they confirmed that our rooms were available.

We reached at the hotel by 4:30 am. Firstly, hotel receptionist was very rude. Then, they had no idea about our booking. They confirmed the booking and said that we will need to pay more than 5000 for checkin. If we will checkin by 6-10 am then we will need to pay 30% extra amount. And, checkin between 10-12 will depend on the room availability. We had discussed with the oyo support team too. Support team member's name are chirag and shabaj.

So, finally, 6 o[censored]s and all girls were on the road at 4:30am in the morning. According to your worst policy, we needed to wait till 12pm for checkin. Otherwise, we have to pay extra amount.

Also, we were unable to cancel the booking. We have to pay 1 day full amount.

You spoiled our trip even before it started. We were on the road at 4am. We were searching for the rooms. This was one was the worst experience ever. You just make a fool of the customers.

As i faced so many problems just because of oyo. I had to pay more than 6000 for another hotel.

Then, let me know who is responsible for this inconvenience? As I said, we have confirmed it twice that we will be able for early check-in with the extra amount around 500. And, I had no problem with that. However, when we reached at the hotel, they are asking for more than 5000. What the hell is this? If you are investigating this then check the call conversation which I had with the support team regarding early checkin. And check, they said that the extra amount will be around 500. I will continue to raise this issue in front of Oyo customers so that you can't make fool to others.
