[Resolved]  Oyo Rooms — Worst Service - Fraud Booking

Hi I am Chaitanya from Hyderabad. I booked a room in Candolim Beach, Goa for 2 days from 2nd Oct 2022 to 4th Oct 2022 and paid the amount through online on 25th Sep 2022 and the booking was confirmed as D6280806. I planned a tour with my family and reached Goa with my family and kids on 2nd Oct 2022 at the location they shared me on the whats app. There is no property of Halcyon Comfort Inn at the surrondings. I really wonder for the location and even I tried to reach them with the phone number what they shared me and the mobile is not in working and it says " Invalid number". I continuously contacting the customer care numbers and informed the situation with them and I request them to please give me an alternative contact but they simply put on hold for more than 20 to 30 minutes for 3 times. I was really shocked by the OYO team response. If there is no property in that location then why OYO was mentioned in their site to book. They simply making the cutomers as fools. After 3 hours in the afternoon aroung 3 pm I had taken a seperate room on my own with the name of Grand Eve Maria which was very near to location which they shared for me to the Booking ID D6280806.
Worst response from the customer care as I was saying I am on road from the past 3 hours with my family and It was very very very disappointed by me and my family.

In this regards, I demand OYO people to return my money immediately which I paid initially 1621 through online and also Rs 3600 I paid offline to other hotel Grand Eve Maria due to their mistake.
I need 1621+3600 = 5221
Please take a serious action on them
