Oyo Rooms — Wrong booking by oyo server issues, and I need full refund

Booking date n time: AUG 3rd 2021, 12:06am

At 12:02am Aug 3rd, i've made a booking of hotel room in Capital O 22922 Hotel Siddartha Grand, from oyo site. Even though i mentioned dates from Aug3rd to Aug 4th. after payment it showed up as booked for aug 2nd to aug3rd . (which is a previouds day), I immediately cancelled booking and asked for a refund. now, they are saying we can refund for it.
