I stayed at hotel hibiscus inn from 8/05/2019 to 10/05/2019. I booked hotel from 8/05/2019 to 12/05/2019. Because of some issue i had to checkout early. Now oyo they have not taken money for 8 may to 12 may thpugh i have done early checkout. And they are not ready to refund. They are mentioning that i have not changed the checkout date in oyo app. So while checking out the hotel staff did not also inform me the same. As a customer how would i know i have to do that. I need my fund back as i checked out early.
