[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — wrong information no response refund

We had booked two rooms online and the direction provided for the hotel was wrong. They agreed to provide us with a new Hotel at 11:30 PM at night with an entire family. The new hotel they booked refused to let us in. Complete payment of 3652 rs was made. Now they keep putting us on hold whenever we contact customer care. The date of the booking of the hotel was 3rd June 2019. The problem is leaving us stranded in the middle of nowhere during midnight. We need the entire refund. The booking was done with the name of Geetansh location Narkanda, Shimla. We have sent them 3 emails and countless phonecalls. All they do is put us on Hold and today they disconnected the call twice.
