[Resolved]  Oyo Rooms — wrong information on website and no resolution provided on refund

Address:Nashik, Maharashtra

The hotel which we booked was at a different location from what was mentioned on oyo site.
Booking ID VMZI2695, and escalation ID 16177362.
They mentioned that booking was cancelled but nobody sharing the refund status and wasting a lot of time keeping on hold and nobody is taking it up.
Please provide a resolution ASAP
