[Resolved]  Oyo Rooms — wrong room pathetic room services wrong details uploaded by hotel management and misguided by ground team

Booked 2bed suite room for 3 people hotel city heart bholagiri road haridwar oyo 35383 on 20th april booking id xdpz4672 was given 1 room set with 1 bed and 1 mattress arranged on floor. House keeping boy was arrogant and rude no proper food provided and paid in advance charges were shown to deliver the food to room
Ac leaking. After ordering tea and waiting for 1.30 mins kitchen staff saying if you are in such a hurry have tea from outside.
Called oyo 12 times then came ground team assured we will take action
Now on 24th oyo sayong they room provided was suite room after check out. Ground team did not give any feedback.
No refund no single call back no support from oyo or hotel

Yes OYO has refunded me. But i would say thay this kind of service is not acceptable And information displayed over app is not true as room provided was not correct as per charge taken. And in addition to this i have to go through a different channel to raise a complaint against oyo to get my problem solved so the Customer Care Ground team Hotel management All are doing mischieves and if there was no consumercomplaints i would not have got my money back Thanks to consumercomplaints and 0 star to oyo as from there end everything was okay may be. I have to call the customer care more than 20 times. Bad service. Rude staff most of them at all levels from support to hotel( most of them) Would think twice before my next booking.. Booked this for my family and since 20th i am contacting oyo they are saying arranging a call back now they have shown we got the desired room. Oyo is lying since very 1st day Which is wrong and we paid advance amount so all money gone waste
Ground team said we will take action please give us 5 star rating and shared there personal numbers for any issues on our next visit

Just now spoke to the customer care and hotel staff on line they said it was a suite room and the ground team manager said i forgot what happened when you visited i am just an employee my senior will get back to you they are total fraud

One more update adding to this complaint

The so called ground staff manager who gave his personal contact number during the inspection of our room i spoke to him on 24th morning 9 am said that sir i forgot what was the room that was provided and what actually happened
I am just an employee
Will get back to yo in 10 mins with updates

Its 11.25 pm and nothing from his end
The hotel management has finally updated that the room given to us was a suite room as seen in the uploaded picture 1 bed and mattress on floor AC leaking if this is a suite room i would prefer living in a tent or camp

I have 5 complaint ids that they have generated and always promised that I will get a call from Manager thats it. The hotel and oyo are on the same side
I am sure nothing good will happen
Just want refund as per given room 1 room 1 bed charges are 999 after applying cuopon is even lesser I paid 2700 for my family members sleepin on floor eating out side tolerating illiterate misbehaving hotel staff is this a joke

Please oyo no more reaching out to me just let me know refunding yes or no

Got a call same thing team will visit and will reaolve now uploading few screenshots of room i booked 4x suite room with 2 bed
I feel from the very beginning we were misguided as room 408 had just 1 bed in it. Since booking it was wrong room
