OYO — Scam regarding charges displayed on OYO and cancellation charges

I have booked 2 rooms in OYO 92853 RK Grand, Raja Rajeshwari Nagar, Kondapur for Dec 7th and 8th with booking id W35T4309. The amount shown in the OYO app is 1256/- which I have paid online. When reached the property, the property manager made me wait till 5:30 PM (generally hotel checkin and checkout is from 12 PM to 11 AM) and told me to pay extra double the amount that I have paid which is 2500/- and during the discussion, he said 2000/- would be fine. Even after telling him and showing him that I paid online, he and his subordinate started behaving in an aggressive way and talking in a provocative manner, looking to start a fight. After he raised his voice I raised mine to which he aggressively said that I can go back to whichever BACKWARD AREA I came from. I even told him since I haven't been allowed to checkin until after 5:30 PM, almost 6 hours post the checkin time, consider some discount on the 2000/- for which he said that he'll now have to charge extra as the hotel rates have been increased within 30 minutes of our discussion. He later asked me to pull my phone out and made me call the customer support by selecting the options that he like eventhough I am resisting. I talked to the customer support and they said that they cannot do anything about it regarding the admission into the hotel as the property manager has some issue with "LOW TARRIFF" which the property manager himself posted and they wanted to shift my OYO. I agreed and I was kept 15 minutes on hold. Later they referred to another hotel SRI NIRAVANA GRAND which is around 500 meters from OYO 92853 RK Grand for which I agreed and again I was kept on hold for another 10 minutes.
The customer support told me that the hotel SRI NIRAVANA GRAND doesn't have any rooms left and they can't do anything about it and hence they told me that they can cancel the booking from their end and refund the amount for which I agreed. The booking got canceled and all the refundable amount went as cancellation charge instead of refund amount.
During this time I went to OYO and booked rooms in SRI NIRAVANA GRAND and reached the hotel. I had a discussion with the property manager and even I have checked the phone logs, oyo hosters web, email and there was no communication between the customer support executive and the SRI NIRVANA GRAND property manager. The property manager himself agreed that he didn't get any call or request from the OYO customer support team regarding my case.
I booked 2 rooms for around 950 in OYO and here as well the property manager asked for the extra amount. So a total of 1800/- was paid by me to this hotel which is nothing like in the photos and the walls are horrifying.
I went down and had a discussion with the manager for which he smiled. Later understanding even if I check out I'll be at loss in the middle of the night, I thought I'll spend the night somehow. But during my discussion with both the property managers, they shamelessly agreed that they intentionally place the fares low to lure the customers in. OYO knows about it and hence it motivates customers to pay online by giving more discounts if paid online. so once paid, the customer will have to agree to stick at the same hotel by paying extra or they won't be able to make the changes last minute. Customer support will not look forward to shifting the properties always even though there are rooms and properties available. Even if it was denied checkin due to the property's fault they can charge the money paid as a cancelation charge.

I went through various complaints and estimated value of the scam crossed 30 Lakh per month in one metro city (as per hyderabad's population) that too with minimal bookings.
2000/- (scammed) * 50 (bookings per day) * 30 (days) = 30 L ruppees.

My loss for one night is 1263 at the 1st property and 950 at the second property. I was 3 customers went through it with the scam and 5 more customers in the 2nd property.

Even after taking racial abuse, taunting from 1st property manager and I was not in the mood to fight at the second property. I demand some kind of reimbursement for greivance from OYO and their guidelines towards the property managers. Being from a backward caste, I want a serious response from the OYO and a strict set of guidelines passed towards the properties. If not I'll approach SC/ST commission of India.

It is an utter disgrace from OYO's front to encourage and partake in such heinous crimes.
