OYO — Services not given and amount is charged

This is regarding a complaint on the booking and refund issue. I have booked 1 rooms for the following days on 23rd NOV 2022 through OYO. Since my booking was confirm I reached on 24th called the property owner and they informed me that they have no confirmation from oyo regarding room booking So the booking was cancel and got a message that the refund is initiated from OYO executive. Kindly refund me the money as soon as possible as I need to make other arrangements.

Booking was done by Mr. Sachin on my request through his mobile number [protected].
Payment was made by me through link of Rs 2530 on 23rd Nov 2022.

Hi Awadhesh, as checked, your refund is successfully processed from our side. It takes 7-14 working days excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays for refund to get reflected in the source bank account.~PD
