I called the oyo number and your reservation desk member said he'll book an oyo for me and gave me this link through which I paid. He then cut the call on me before giving any booking id. Now I've lost money and got no oyo room. I need refund. You can check all the details in the screenshot. My registered oyo number is [protected]. I paid using [protected]. Without booking id I can't proceed further
