[Resolved]  OYO — They not refunding my amount

I haven't received my refund for a total of 7 bookings ( around INR 7.9K) and it's been more than 20 days now. I am trying to get help from their number [protected] for 3 days now but not even a single person has helped me. All they do is put me on hold for 10-15 minutes and then disconnect the call like they get some bonus for long-duration calls. I have also mailed like 20 times but not even a single reply. I even have a recording of an agent who put me on hold saying he is gathering info on my booking but he forgot to mute his mic and I have recorded all his gibberish, he was literally abusing his company and his manager.

The last 2 bookings have a different refund issue, I paid extra at the hotel, and oyo support agent assured me to refund the extra amount I paid at the hotel.
I haven't got a single refund and no one from oyo is helping me

How many times do I have to ask for money which is mine only?
How are you not ashamed of not returning someone else's hard-earned money?
Today is the last day I'm going to wait for your reply, otherwise, I'm forced to lodge a police complaint.

Are you serious? I got a mail and it says wait for 7-14 days. that's it
it's been already more than 20 days.
Are you guys literally serious???
Just give me my money back. How hard is it????
