[Resolved] Oyo Total Holidays — customer care service

I booked my package to thailand. My package id is :cf6724f0-be52-4d31-a0f2-823441c34a69. On the day of booking she called me after every 30 minutes and after payment they stopped to pick my phone... After every call i have to wait 30 minutes at least... From last 7 days i am totally harassed by these people. After every call one of oyo representative assure me "ma'am only in 5 minute we will call you, we will resolve your issue and whole day passed no one call me... If i am suffering these issue in my home then what will happen when i will be in unknown country and no one is there to assist... We book our holiday package by these travel agency so that our holiday will become hassle free and what these people do is ridiculous.. Oyo total holiday ' s agents are totally unprofessional.
