I made a booking last month on 9th of July with oyo after checking out I've been asking them for the payment invoice but till date I've not received any payment invoice. I've called their customer service multiple times and talked to almost 8-10 executives and they either forward my call to some department that never picks up the call or ask me to stay on line and at the end hang up.
I even tried there online real-time bot but even after entering a correct OTP it's unable to process my request. Unprofessional and pathetic experience.
