Booked collection O 50279 because of the friendly price and pictures showed on Oyo app. Checked in because of an urgent meeting. Came back to have one of the worst experiences with any hotel service I’ve ever had.
The wall wasn’t clean, rooms were smelling, untidy bed sheet too. I had booked for 2 nights and paid extra 700 per night for a third mattress in the room, total 4000 Rs. i have checked out of the hotel only a few hours after checking in, that too I was at a conference for majority of the time and in the hotel for maybe half an hour. I have paid 2614 (2 nights) + 1400 for an extra mattress in the same room.
I want a full refund for the same as The room condition was so bad that I had to check out within few hours of checking in. I am not even staying at the hotel. Your customer care is use less isn’t giving me a good solution.
I don’t want oyo Money since after this experience I do not wish to book any stay with Oyo. I have video and photo proof of the quality of rooms. I am surprised Oyo even aloud such hotels to be listed, please get the property inspected.
