OYO — unprofessional service

Respected sir/mam,

I would like to tell you my experience with rk inn hotel, lucknow. I have a booking id thbo9743. I reached in hotel lobby after selecting the same hotel and completing the payment process.

Check-in experience-when i showed my reservation to fo personal he got furious and threatened us regarding the direct payment to oyo. He said as this is the first time mistake we have done, i. E. Payment done by online and direct to oyo, he is allowing us but next time he will take action and will refuse the reservation. He wanted the billing direct to him. We apologized for the same in front of other guests and staff and proceeded our check-in process.

During stay experience - as the purpose of visit was interview and examination. We took breakfast package. But, when, i approached to the same fo person regarding the breakfast time (For till 8:00am, next morning) just after the check in again he started shouting on me and said the kitchen staff timing is 8:00 am. So come next morning. When i said you can write this message and can pass it to the next shift he started laughing. I also showed the timing of breakfast showing in their in-room dining menu card, i. E.7:00am. Next morning when we called fo desk, the another fo person was furious on me that why didn't i inform them earlier. The room service person who served bread and tea in our room was literally shouting on us that we didn't inform him personally regarding the timing.

Ac experience - as the ac is centralised, fo staff after our check-in switched off their particular system and on it after we complained during evening.

Whole experience was very dissapointing and threatening.
Please send me the sop of bill payment, breakfast policy and air conditioning, staff behaviour and training module.
Take necessary action against the hotel as they are playing with the brand value of oyo and update me the same.
