Dear Mr. Ritesh aggarwal Hope you are doing well. I just wanted to let you know that very soon your business is going down as your business partners are not able to run oyo properly. They are not satisfied with your policy. They always criticize oyo company even they are talking about leaving your company. Yesterday i was booked a room in hotel surya regency, Ludhiana Punjab, oyo 31003. When i was there to check in they say our room rent is higher than they are showing in app so i have to pay rest amount before checking. I was i hurry to check in bcz i was not feeling well. And 1 thing i wanna tell you that they don't deserve to work under oyo standard, hotel cleanings is 0, bed quality is 0 washroom very much dirty. Mirror was too old even one can't see their face properly. After giving such dirty services still they criticize your company. I m damn sure your area quality person is not honest or loyal to you. He should visit the hotels under him and check them regularly to maintain oyo standards. When i was about to check out from the hotel, one person ask me for my mobile and give the rating itself. Now you can understand how your business is going on. I think you should work on it seriously otherwise very soon you might lost your customers.
