We had booking confirmation but was denied check in by the hotel people.
When called the oyo customer care, they just kept phone on hold and there was no proper response.
We had gone with family and 4 hours we were on the road without any confirmation.

The hotel staff was rude also, they said no rooms are available and we tried reaching oyo heldesk but in vain.
We have not yet received refund also and no proper response from their end also.
They are literally cheating people.
