I had the worst experience at RS VILLA, CR PARK. The people are totally scam here and the manager at the hotel named “Mr. Mahender”, showed such an unprofessional behavior. First a fall, they provided the room with such a bad and horrible quality of interior, dirty bed sheets, almirahs were broken and the room was full of mosquitoes. When complained, he has no manner how to talk with their guests and denied to change the room afterwards. He charged Rs. 1000/- at the property but we booked the room for Rs. 840/- through BOOKING.com. They didn’t even showed the room prior booking. Pictures posted by the property nowhere matches to the room they provided. I didn’t get the room there but paid full amount plus an extra amount (in total paid Rs. 1000/-) but you showed the room price at booking.com I.e. 840/-.

Also, when we complained at OYO regarding the reservation, Mr. Aezaj showed such a bad behavior and did no justice to us. He said that they cannot provide us with another property and agreed to pay just 20% of the booking amount which is really not acceptable from OYO/booking.com.

We had the worst experience with both OYO customer service representative and cheap hospitality provided by RS VILLA, CR PARK at the property.
