Hi,
I am Ishan Bikash Nayak have booked a room in my nearest hotel OYO 48449 Khandai Palace with the Booking ID J3Z72854 on 18th June'22.
When i came to the Hotel for checkin the property manager directly denied for room where the booking was already been confirmed and already paid money through online...
Called 2 time to customer care and talked with Shyam and Imam where no resolution received from their end and both of them disconnect my call by saying they are getting connected with the property manager...
Using the service from last 3 year and now feeling disappointed about the service given by OYO...
Wants refund my money of Rs:- 714/- which was provided through online...
Please take the mail seriously neither will escalate this in social media as well...
I am registered complaint in my nearest Police Station related to the behaviour and service but required my money refund right away...
