[Resolved] OYO — wrongly charged for hotel stay

I had requested for early check-in at 6:30 am... As their scheduled time for check-in is 12 pm.. I paid 200 extra for early check-in... And i had checked out at 11:50 am... But still they charged me for the whole day... Which is 700... I didnt even stay for the day which they are charging me... I checked in on 3rd april 6:30 am and checked out at 11:50 in morning... And on 4th april they have showed as check out by me... They are not even showing the correct check out in the app... I had train on 3rd april how can i check out on 4th april... They have charged me 900 for whole stay...in the bill they are not displaying the extra fare +2 photos Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)
