[Resolved] Oyorooms — complimentary breakfast issue

I had made booking at hotel swagat, somnath. The hotel provides complimentary breakfast. But during the booking through oyorooms, they didn't include breakfast in the package.
When i contacted oyorooms, they say you had not opted for breakfast. How come complimentary breakfast has to be opted? It has to be a free breakfast. Infact there was no such choice during the booking.
So my complaint is why was i denied the complimentary breakfast.
I requested oyorooms for resolution but they are not showing any desire to resolve the matter.

I received a call from Oyo saying g that Complimentary is not free. One has to pay for the Complimentary breakfast.
How can a free, complimentary breakfast be changed?

This is looting of the customers which needs to be brought to notice of consumer affairs ministry
