[Resolved] Oyorooms — hotel booked with verst services | |
hi ritesh, i am charanpreet singh who has booked with you hotel from 16 to 19 april 2018 for hotel bandhan... But this thing was too horrifying can’t tell in words the hotel staff was so rude that manager shashank didn’t even bothered to attend to complaint if any customer over there was doing it including me the food in breakfast was stinging badly and even no one to attend u at breakfast. Tea served was cold and on complaining no one to attend. When shashank manager was informed he was just mum and said u can complaint oyo. there was no one to help us for luggage and even on request the answer from reception was we don’t have staff there was only one waiter to attend all rooms which was shocking... after calling reception red to wait for 30 min for room service which was not acceptable many times call to room service were not attended and then have to personally go to reception which was verst of all. in 3 days stay i was just bugged up with hotel and even called customer care but no one supported me i was actually shocked that oyo is dealing with me like this... Can’t believe till now... i would seriously expect an action against my concern raised... i have paid the bill but was totally not satisfied with the treatment given to me this was never expected form oyorooms Was this information helpful? | |
