I tried to book hotel rooms in Kanpur for 17th Feb, 2022 on 5th Dec, 2021. I searched hotels in oyorooms.com website in laptop. I selected oyo townhouse 703||Super 3||Govind Nagar. When I clicked on continue booking, the website asked my datails and asked me to make payment. I selected UPI method and entered my number for GooglePay method. It triggered on my GooglePay app and I made the payment using the link. The payment was successful. Meanwhile the website was waiting for the payment and it kept waiting forever. I never received any message or any mail or any booking ID.
I only have upi transaction ID in my hand. UPI transaction ID is[protected].
I tried reaching oyo customer care but they couldn't help and cut the phone without suggesting anything which is very annoying. Was this information helpful? |
