A pathetic experience with customer service team of @oyorooms as well. Still waiting for someone from customer service team to not put my call on hold and atleast give me a reason as to why there is a delay in refund processing. Worst experience @oyorooms
I made a booking with @oyorooms on 24th July with Booking if WLAF8429.Just 2 hours before check in I was told either to cancel booking or to shift as the hotel was full. So i asked to cancel and requested for refund and it has been 20 days since waiting for the refund of ₹1066 Was this information helpful? |
